History

We got our start back in 1973 when our predecessor, Prince Corporation, introduced the industry’s first lit vanity mirror. Since then we’ve been at the forefront of headliner and visor technology. Along the way we’ve launched patented slide-on-rod and extended sun coverage systems, Thermofold patented technology, the first glass-free headliner and the first LED-illuminated visors. Today we have the industry’s most extensive portfolio of high-performance products, and our infrastructure is comprised of five leading-edge manufacturing and technical facilities worldwide.
